Shipping policy

Delivery

Our warehouse crew works hard to make sure your order is prepared properly and carefully, while our couriers work just as hard to deliver your parcel as safely and as quickly as possible.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £45!
For home delivery orders, we use Royal Mail Track 48, which means that your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. Order before 3:00pm for same day dispatch. [Please note: this does not apply for weekends].

Please be aware that, due to Royal Mail strikes, there may be a slight delay with your order.

Raw Food

Delivery on raw foods is a flat rate charge of £5.99. We use Royal Mail Track 24. It should arrive the next day using specialised, eco-friendly, cooling equipment. [Please note: a little bit of defrosting may happen, this is completely fine as it will be good to stick back in the freezer].

Tracking

After you have placed your order, you can track its progress here. Make sure you have your tracking ID at the ready!

In-store Collection

With our collection service, you can order online and pick up from our store in Wallasey, free of charge, any weekday (Mon - Fri) before 4:00pm.
